Doing Dryland Training at To Be A Champion has been a very helpful and beneficial. Not only is it fun. I have more power when making turns and for kicking. I feel more streamlined in the water and have more endurance for long distance training swims.  I have noticed that it is
easier to pull through the water and have better overall technique. Because of the core strength that  I have gained I am able to keep good form during my stroke work. The type of training we do prevents overuse and I have more energy and better awareness of my posture, balance, and coordination.
